Mindfulness Taster Sessions

Curious about Mindfulness? Want to find out more before committing to a full course? Then come along to one of my Mindfulness Taster Sessions in and around Oxford.

In these friendly, interactive sessions we explore what Mindfulness is and how it can help to manage stress and boost well-being. There’ll be some simple guided practices to try, inspiration for bringing more Mindfulness into your daily life and plenty of time for questions.

I did a mindfulness taster session with Sally as part of the Oxford Women’s Festival last weekend. A really friendly, relaxing couple of hours and an excellent introduction to mindfulness meditation. Thank you.

I attended a 2 hour taster session with Sally and I am so pleased that I did! Sally obviously practices what she teaches as I felt immediately at ease due to her calm and thoughtful approach and ability to engage a group that had never met before in a series of helpful, practical and enjoyable mindful exercises.  In this world of constant rushing around and multi tasking I felt I needed to learn some tools to look after my mind as well as my body.  I left feeling like I’d found my centre and learnt some really useful tools to help me regain it again when life becomes hectic.  I can’t wait to attend a course to learn more and practice my new skills.  Thank you Sally!
