Mindfulness Taster Sessions

Curious about Mindfulness? Want to find out more before committing to a whole course? Then come along to one of my Taster Sessions in and around Oxford.

These sessions typically last between one and two hours and give you a chance to try out some of the core practices of Mindfulness, explore key ideas and benefits and ask questions. Workshops can be tailored to individual workplaces and groups.

I attended a 2 hour taster session with Sally and I am so pleased that I did! Sally obviously practices what she teaches as I felt immediately at ease due to her calm and thoughtful approach and ability to engage a group that had never met before in a series of helpful, practical and enjoyable mindful exercises.  In this world of constant rushing around and multi tasking I felt I needed to learn some tools to look after my mind as well as my body.  I left feeling like I’d found my centre and learnt some really useful tools to help me regain it again when life becomes hectic.  I can’t wait to attend a course to learn more and practice my new skills.  Thank you Sally!
